15 years ago I bought a strobe light door bell like this one for my shop. I also bought a second bell which works in my house. Both worked off the same door bell button. About a year ago the one in the house stopped working. Since the newer ones dont work on the same frequency I had to buy both all over again. This new strobe chime lasted only 1 month before the strobe stopped working. Although this item was half the price I paid 15 years ago (same company by the way) I would think it would last more than a month!!!
